About Kristen
My experiences with clients have repeatedly demonstrated the power of transformation through the therapeutic relationship. It is an honor for me to witness and share in this journey. Through insight and expanded awareness, we are able to enjoy greater intimacy in our relationships and express ourselves more fully in all aspects of life. My work has been influenced by the theories and works of Psychosynthesis, Gestalt, Attachment, Carl Rogers, and Carl G. Jung, as each framework emphasizes movement toward self-realization and authenticity.I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. I am a member of California Association of Marriage Family Therapy and Resolve National Infertility Association.
